Billing questions
What does the trial include?
7 days with every feature, 1 seat, 2 channels, 10 posts and 2 GB of storage, no card needed. Pick a plan whenever you are ready; nothing is charged before.
What happens when the trial ends?
Without a plan, scheduled posts stop publishing and the board says why. Your drafts, channels and media stay; choose a plan under Billing and publish again.
Which currency, and is tax included?
Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax or VAT is added at checkout where it applies, and EU businesses can enter a VAT ID. Payment runs through Stripe.
What happens when I reach a limit?
Nothing already scheduled is touched. New posts, uploads or channels past the limit are refused with a note saying which limit was reached; upgrade under Billing and carry on. Monthly post limits reset on the 1st.
How does yearly billing work?
You pay ten months’ price for twelve: two months free.
How do I cancel?
In Billing › Invoices and payment method, which opens Stripe’s customer portal. The plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, then stops renewing.
How do I change plans?
In the same Stripe billing portal. Invoices and your payment method are there too.
Who pays: me or the team?
The team. Billing lives on the team, so everyone in it shares one plan. Only the team owner can choose a plan or open the billing portal.
Can I have more than one team?
Extra teams, for example one per client, come with the Agency plan. On Creator and Pro you work in one team.
Is there a limit on posts?
Yes: 60 a month on Creator, 300 a month on Pro, 1,500 a month on Agency, and 10 in the trial. Posts count by the month they go out; drafts are free. The platforms also set their own daily limits.
